Once you have the contact details of your organizations (a list can be found on the Global Watch Fair menu tab) you can give them to Jessica Jane, or email them to globalwatchfair@gmail.com. Due Friday.
 
This gmail email address will be our main commuication gateway with the organizations. Once Jessica has all the email addresses for the organizations listed, she will send out a mass email, and will let the people who are the contacts know that she has done so, and you will be expected to call your respective organizations once this has happened.
 
An electronic copy of the letter and information pages will be sent out by email tomorrow, February 17th.

There will be no meeting next Wednesday due to the Idaho band trip, so I would really like to get this first initial email out before I leave on Wednesday.
